Doug Scott is a senior executive with extensive strategic and leadership expertise in both the private and nonprofit sector in the US and abroad. Doug has successfully led all aspects of business operations including general management, oversight and driving improvements within finance, accounting, IT, HR, program operations and grant administration.
In addition to his extensive experience managing change across a variety of companies, Doug has also served on the Board of Directors and Board Committees of several public companies as well as on the board of the Philanthropy Network of Greater Philadelphia. Having been on both sides of the change management process, Doug and Glenmoore Partners can give their clients unique perspective from all angles. Valerie Martin is a senior operations and financial executive with wide ranging experience in the philanthropic, public accounting and governmental sectors. She has demonstrated the ability to complete results driven financial and compliance oversight as well as generating cost savings and identifying process upgrades.
She has served on numerous nonprofit boards and committees including the Foundation Financial Officers Group, Philanthropy Network of Greater Philadelphia, and the Brandywine Health Foundation. This allows Valerie and Glenmoore Partners to interface with organizations from multiple perspectives. Oxford Metrica was founded by Dr. Rory Knight and he is currently serving as the chairman. He is also a trustee and executive committee member of the John Templeton Foundation as well a Trustee of the Templeton World Charity Foundation. Prior to founding Oxford Metrica, Dr. Knight was the Dean of Templeton College of Business at the University of Oxford and the Deputy Director of the Swiss National Bank.
